1. Scope of application
These terms of sale apply to all towing and roadside assistance services offered by Dépanneuse 13, including emergency towing, on-site repair, and vehicle transport.
2. Orders and quotes
Any order must be the subject of a detailed quote accepted by the client. The quote is valid for 30 days and becomes firm upon written acceptance by the client.
3. Pricing and billing
Prices are expressed in euros including tax. Any modification of the initial project may result in a revision of prices. Billing is carried out according to the deadlines agreed in the quote.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. A 30% deposit is required upon order, with the balance due upon project delivery.
5. Intervention times
Intervention times are given as an indication. Any delay due to external factors (traffic, weather conditions, client availability) postpones the intervention time accordingly.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the client has a period of 14 days to withdraw, except for services fully executed with their agreement.
7. Liability
Dépanneuse 13 undertakes to provide services in accordance with the agreed specifications. Dépanneuse 13's liability is limited to the amount of sums actually paid by the client.
8. Dispute resolution
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
