Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all web development services offered by Dépanneuse 13, including website creation, web applications, and maintenance services.

Any order must be the subject of a detailed quote accepted by the client. The quote is valid for 30 days and becomes firm upon written acceptance by the client.

Prices are expressed in euros including tax. Any modification of the initial project may result in a revision of prices. Billing is carried out according to the deadlines agreed in the quote.

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. A 30% deposit is required upon order, with the balance due upon project delivery.

Delivery times are given as an indication. Any delay due to the client (delay in providing elements, validations, etc.) postpones the delivery date accordingly.

In accordance with current legislation, the client has a period of 14 days to withdraw, except for services fully executed with their agreement.

Dépanneuse 13 undertakes to provide services in accordance with the agreed specifications. Dépanneuse 13's liability is limited to the amount of sums actually paid by the client.

In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
